This website is operated by IT-ALL (Pty) Ltd (“Tech-IT”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tech IT. Tech IT offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. This site is for your personal use only. You may not use the site for any commercial purposes. Tech-IT sells direct to the public, and offers no wholesale terms or arrangements to dealers.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase and all orders are concluded by your acceptance of the items on delivery. All payments are immediate and final, and orders will only be processed once payment is received. However, receiving payment does not indicate acceptance of the order. Tech-IT may, at its discretion refuse any orders or registrations or cancel any orders and registrations for any reason.
The website may contain links to third-party websites, such as manufacturers, distributors etc. Tech-IT has no control over these third-party sites, and is not responsible for the content on them. Our store is hosted by a third party. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. For pages than include YouTube videos you agree to accept the YouTube Terms of Service.
DISCLAIMER
The website is provided as is, and use of the site is at your own risk. Neither Tech-IT, its Directors, Employees, Agents or Suppliers are responsible for any damages or loss resulting from, or relating to, the use of any aspect of the site, or products sold from it.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free, and without obligation to buy. Adding items to your cart or wishlist do not constitute a sale. A sales agreement between us and you only occur when you checkout and pay for your purchases.
Use of the site is at the discretion of Tech-IT. All rights are reserved and we reserve the right to discontinue service to any person(s) at our discretion.
PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for our current Privacy Policy. For pages that include YouTube videos you agree to accept the YouTube Privacy Policy.
PRICING
The prices indicated on Tech-IT are the prices you will pay for the particular item at this time. When you checkout with an item your price is fixed, and will not change even if the product’s price goes up or down.
Delivery Charges apply and will be added to your order during the checkout phase. These delivery charges are dependent on the current courier rates, the size of your parcel and the location being delivered to.
PRICING ERRORS
While every care is taken to avoid incorrect pricing on the website, should an error occur Tech-IT reserves the right to cancel an order and refund any amount paid for it. We accept no obligation to honour the prices erroneously displayed on our website. Should an error occur where the price is too high for an item, the difference between the price you paid, and the current price of the item, may be credited to your Tech-IT profile, if it is reported on the same day as the original order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All information on the site is provided by Tech-IT, or is licenced from various licence holders. You may only use this information to assist in learning more about any particular product. You may not store, reuse or utilise this information for any commercial purpose.
While every effort is made to ensure that all information on Tech-IT is accurate, we are reliant on third parties such as suppliers, manufacturers or licence holders. As such we accept no responsibility for any errors in the information.
IMAGES
Images are used on the site for illustration purposes only. The image may not be an accurate representation of the actual product. Tech-IT accepts no responsibility for the image on the site not being the same as the actual product.
You may not link directly to any of our images. Nor may you download the images for your own re-use or for any commercial use whatsoever.
DELIVERIES
Tech-IT delivers to addresses within the borders of South Africa. All deliveries are via courier to a physical address. All information regarding deliveries and delivery costs can be found in our Shipping & Delivery. Tech-IT reserves the right to amend our delivery policies, prices and services without notice.
Where our couriers are unable to deliver a parcel to you, for any reason, we will be advised and will contact you to attempt delivery again. If after 7 days we are unable to deliver the parcel to you, we will have it returned to us, and will cancel the order, and credit you for it, less the delivery fee and a 10% processing fee.
In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.
DELAYS
While we make every effort to ensure that accurate shipping estimates are provided on the website, we make no warranty that all items will definitely arrive within said time. Unfortunately, items may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control. You may cancel a delayed item, without incurring any processing fees, at your discretion, or wait for it to arrive. When we are informed of any delays that will mean your items will arrive after the shipping estimate period has elapsed, then we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.
INSURANCE
All parcels are NOT insured due to legal limitations. You take responsibility and ownership of the parcel when signing for it on delivery.
RETURNS
Please visit our Exchange & Returns for current Returns policies. Tech-IT adheres to all manufacturer warranties, as specified on the website. These warranties are normally limited to repair, replacement or refund of the items, as may be determined by our suppliers. User inflicted physical damage will invalidate the warranty. Determination of user inflicted physical damage is at the sole discretion of ourselves, and our suppliers and their agents will determine at their discretion if any item has been damaged by the user.
CANCELLATIONS
Items ordered may be cancelled at any time, unless otherwise stipulated. Tech-IT reserves the right to withhold a 10% processing fee for any items cancelled by you, after payment has been received.
Tech-IT may cancel any order at any time for any reason. Should Tech-IT cancel an order after you’ve made payment you will be credited or refunded in full, according to your preference.
PAYMENTS
Payment options provided by Tech-IT are listed in our FAQ. These options are subject to change, and may be discontinued or replaced without notice.
When paying by Credit Card we will debit the card immediately upon your order being approved by our administration. All orders are subject to approval by Tech-IT and are checked for your, and our protection, against our fraud protocols. As part of such a process you may be requested to provide additional information to verify your identification.
Orders for which payment has not been received within 4 working days may be cancelled without notice.
COMPETITIONS
Where competitions are run on the site, Tech-IT and its employees will be the sole judge of deciding the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
